Assistant Treasurer

Position (non-voting, appointed):

Interested in assisting the Treasurer of Hawaiian Swimming to ensure proper financial policies and procedures are carried out while providing prompt and accurate accounting in service to the Hawaii swimming community.

Duties to include:

• Represent the Treasurer at board meeting when not available.
• Deposit of receipts with proper documentation.
• Collection and review of Meet Financial Reports.
• Catalog Depreciable Equipment
• Become familiar with overall treasurer functions of Hawaiian Swimming.
