As USA Swimming reminds us, there you will find age group time standards designed to encourage age group swimmers to step their swimming up to the next level. These time standards guide you from just starting out in your age group to reaching your highest potential. Our LSC standards will take you from the beginning "C" standard all the way to your qualifying standards for the LSC Age Group Championships. You will also find the Zone, Sectional, Junior National, and Senior National standards under this tab.

Although most of us may not set Age Group records, they are a source of motivation and inspiration as we work toward our goals. After all, a record is proof that it can be done. You might as well be the one to do it! Click on LSC Records so you can imagine some far horizons for your swimming future.
