Oahu Officials: Please click here to access the new sign up list for Oahu Meets. Neighbor Island officials are most welcome to sign up as well for the Oahu meets that you can attend. Just add your name to the list and indicate your certification level and the sessions you will attend!

Sandy has been sending out email notices from the Meet Directors. Please help out when you can and let her know! Thank you for all you do for the Athletes and Hawaiian Swimming. Remember this all works because of volunteers like yourself! MAHALO!

2/24/12--RULES CLARIFICATION FOR DOWNWARD BUTTERFLY KICK IN THE BREASTSTROKE:

Dan McAllen, chair of USA Swimming Rules & Regulations committee, sent this rules clarification out because there are still quite a few questions about the dolphin kick during the start of the breaststroke. Please take a minute to click on the link which also has a video that may help clear up any questions you may have.
